FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (UK ONLY) £25+ Spend

For customers in the UK who qualify for free shipping based on their order value we use a variety of couriers based on location and physical order size however we tend to use Evri economy (3-5 Working Days) for orders between £25 and £248.99, and DPD Tracked 48 (1-3 Working Days) for all orders over £249.00. These shipping options will be automatically calculated in the cart and no codes are necessary to redeem the offer, all you need to do is select the shipping speed you require based on your basket spend/size to qualify for your eligible free shipping method.

Some items which are too large to be sent using these services may be sent by courier at our discretion which will not change the cost of shipping. We also reserve the right to use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items being ordered. This can include adding 'signed for' services to packages where we require delivery confirmation, or using a different service from those stated above. Any changes made will be for the sole purpose of ensuring the most speedy and safe delivery of your goods, any extra costs involved in such changes will be met by us. In any case where this occurs we will keep any orders updated during this process.

UK SHIPPING OPTIONS

DPD Standard ('Standard Shipping' option at checkout) - usually takes 1-3 working days after the date of dispatch. This is an estimated delivery window and can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox. This can lead to a missed delivery. DPD do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If your parcel is more than 3 days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office before contacting us, also COVID-19 related issues can delay deliveries. £9.95 is the cost of this delivery speed if selected and your order value falls below the value of £249.00.

Evri Economy ('Economy Shipping' option at checkout) - usually takes 3-5 working days after the date of dispatch. Should we use other couriers, delivery speeds will still fall in with the above stated speeds, any concerns or questions regarding your delivery please drop us an email via the 'Contact Us' page. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of being received pending stock levels and courier speeds.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF THE UK) IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE AND CANNOT BE SELECTED AT CHECKOUT.

BANK HOLIDAYS
​
We do not dispatch products during bank holidays such as New Years Eve/Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. So if you select ether of our shipping methods during bank holiday periods please take this into consideration when placing your order as your order delivery speed can be delayed due to this.
Return Policy
Damaged/Faulty/Un-Wanted items

If your item has arrived damaged or in poor condition please take images of the damage and send these to our email address info.workeezee@gmail.com, ​If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the order, so we can deal with your issue fast and hassle free. Anything past this time frame will be dealt with within the manufacturer policy. However we will always try and resolve all issues quickly and will always try to make it at no cost to you and make it as stress free as possible.

If the item is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, then you may return the item as unwanted for up to 7 days from the date you receive it!

We offer a 12 month warranty on our products although some manufacturers have extended warranties. Please check with the manufacturer of the item for this information.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.

An orders returned due to incomplete address. It is the customers' responsibility to provide a complete address, in the event that the goods are posted, but cannot be delivered due to an error on the customers part. We reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items once they are returned by the carrier. The customer may of course choose to treat the order as an unwanted item and return it under the return's policy.
