Although using boxes from our suppliers displays their brand and not ours sometimes, we'd rather this to ensure each and every packaging box gets its full use!

Wherever possible, in the rare occasion a product arrives damaged and is beyond use or cannot be resold we will request images or as much detail as we require to prevent damaged/broken items being shipped around just to be recycled or disposed of appropriately when this can be done at the buyers discretion. We take this approach sometimes to do our bit to help a greener planet. This is done on a case by case basis.
